Our Partial-Service Planning package is designed to provide a high-touch, luxury experience that bridges the gap between month-of coordination and full-service planning. Beginning three to six months prior to your wedding, I provide expert consulting on etiquette and logistics, sourcing any remaining vendors—such as those for kippot, ceremony programs, or welcome boxes—while keeping you on pace with a comprehensive checklist, deposit schedule, and timeline.

By being present for every conversation, I can anticipate questions before they arise, thinking ten steps ahead to ensure no element is overlooked. As we move into the month-of commencement, I take full command of the production, from drafting floor plans and seating charts to managing hair, makeup, and spa schedules. I liaise with your hotel, coordinate welcome bags, and manage all final vendor payments and transportation logistics. On the weekend of your celebration, my role expands to include running your rehearsal, managing the “first look,” providing emergency wardrobe kits, and overseeing the entire installation from setup to breakdown. From cueing your processional to handling music transitions and even setting up your post-nuptial brunch, I manage every moving part so that you can remain fully present in the moment, knowing every detail is being flawlessly executed.
MONTH-OF WEDDING PLANNING
Our Month-of Coordination service is designed to provide the elevated support of a full-service planner during the critical 30 days leading up to your celebration, ensuring every final detail is polished to perfection. This luxury experience begins with the drafting of custom floor plans, seating charts, and a comprehensive master production schedule, alongside unlimited scheduled phone conferences to keep you at ease. We take the logistical weight off your shoulders by coordinating final vendor payments, managing hotel blocks and bridal suites, and liaising with third-party vendors for welcome bag distribution. From organizing hair, makeup, and pre-wedding spa treatments to managing guest transportation and the “first look” logistics, we oversee the entire flow of your event.
On the day of the wedding, our team provides on-site facilitation from initial installation through final breakdown—even extending to the days before and after if necessary. We handle all music cues, processional lineups, and formal portrait timings, while managing the reception program of introductions and speeches. With a fully stocked emergency kit for wardrobe assistance and a proactive approach to troubleshooting, we manage every vendor and load-in requirement so you don’t have to. Finally, we pack up all your personal items at the end of the night, allowing you to remain fully present and truly be a guest at your own wedding.
