After the celebration of Lauren and Geoff’s engagement, they were immediately immersed in wedding planning. Venue search, bands, photography, they were all difficult decisions. Lauren and Geoff’s most important objectives were to find an exclusive space including a wow factor, great entertainment while capturing all details and moments by great photography. Most importantly, they wanted a fun day to share with their friends and loved ones which they would remember for a lifetime.
makeupI tell couples often, selecting strong talent creates perfection.

HAIR AND MAKE-UP ARTISTRY: One of the important vendors that most brides leave to the last minute is hair and make-up. If hair and make-up is delayed, the entire timeline is delayed. I highly recommend contracting your hair and make-up team as one of the first of many vendors, and ensure your wedding planner communicates the timeline for the day so they keep on schedule. Lauren had an amazing hair and make-up team, Liam Carey with Broome and Beauty and Kim Root Hair & Make-up. We were on time and looking fabulous!

49PHOTOGRAPHER: The backbone to the wedding day is commonly known as the photographer. The photographer is with you throughout every detail of the day, which is why it is critical to have a second photographer. One hundred percent, you will not regret having those additional candid moments and the second photographer will allow you to stay on schedule. Brett Matthews Photography did an amazing job capturing all details of Lauren and Geoff’s special day. They always stay on schedule and we can depend on them to create beautiful photos of our gorgeous couples.

ENTERTAINMENT AND WEDDING CAKE: Now for the fun part of the day, after an elegant ceremony and cocktail reception, K-Lo Band with Hank Lane Music got all of the guests on the dance floor. Always displaying the upmost professionalism, Karen Loyd and her musicians are consistent and organized. And never to disappoint, Ron Ben-Israel Cakes created the most elegant and delicious cake.

WOW FACTOR: Lauren and Geoffrey asked for a wow-factor, and a wow-view they received. Atop the Trump SoHo 46th floor is a room called SoHi, which is the most unique view in all of Manhattan. This room has almost 360 degree breathtaking views of the city with a clean contemporary vibe. Lauren and Geoffrey had photos taken, ketubah signing as well as their after party in SoHi. The view did not disappoint, and guests were amazed by this rooftop.

Lauren and Geoffrey had a beautiful wedding, and due to the strong talent they hired, the day was perfect!
